Hello, my name is Brittni! Knowing what to say has never been my strong suit, but I’ll try really hard. I’m from Utah, but now live in Nevada with my cute family. My husband and I decided to get a vasectomy after I went through health issues that were felt seemed super serious.. Instead of getting medical advice, we assumed it’d be bad for me to get pregnant again based off of my health at the time, and once we went to a specialist, we realized quickly that it was still ok to carry healthy pregnancies and due to my history, they encouraged more. Boy did we feel immediate regret. Devastation really. We always knew we wanted a big family and our decision to play Dr has ruined that.

We reached out to Dads Again in Tucson, Arizona well over a year ago, had a consultation with their Dr and he gave us the go ahead, so we put down $1,000. We were under the impression we could do a payment plan for the remainder, so it seemed like a dream come true as our insurance did not pay for reversals. Turns out there was fine print. We’d have to pay $5,000 flat to even set up the vasectomy reversal appointment, then the remaining $1,000 could be separated through an in house payment plan.

We have tried many times to come up with the $5,000 but it seemed like anytime we get close, life happened and there went our little blessing fund.

I am 36 and am worried about the clock ticking for my fertility, so I am sitting in a pit of desperation. We have prayed so many times, tried our hardest, “climbed mountains” & applied for loans.. but it seems as if $5,000 is what’s keeping us from bringing a beautiful blessing to our world. I recently had fertility testing done and so did my husband, so we know there’s still a decent chance we’d be able to get pregnant again, but knowing my age, I know that time frame will continue to become less and less.

We are not asking for the full amount. We are asking for the $5,000 surgery deposit so we can set our appointment up and get the procedure done.

If you could please help our family with this, we would all be so beyond grateful. I promise to pay it forward however I can and I am happy to provide proof that the money went to Dad’s Again.
